We have had many animal lovers coming to the Louis Wain exhibition over the past few months and clearly this visitor is no exception! If you too are particularly fond of cats we have a fantastic event on tomorrow that you may be interested in. The Mayhew Animal Home, a local animal rescue centre, will be coming to Brent Museum to tell us about the work they do and to celebrate their 125th anniversary. The afternoon will include a talk, children’s activities and an information stall. It is a free event, open to all, so please do come along.
Visitor caption: I’m sure Louis Wain is smilingly looking down upon all who see his work!! This helped to ease the pain of having to leave my tortoiseshell ‘Sophie’ at home.
